  3. The Radiology Layer (Failsafe PACS) protects against cloud and platform disruptions by enabling continued reading and reporting through secure web access and backup options.

  4. The Isolated Layer (Failsafe PACS) keeps imaging running when all external connections fail, using fully on-premises storage, workflow, and viewer access that can operate on emergency power.
